We got a feed back from Ogone Ingenico which is :

Cher Monsieur,

Après verification, il apparaît que la valeur du paramètre ECOM_BILLTO_COMPANY est trop longue. En effet, ce paramètre est limité à 35 caractères.

Nous vous invitons donc soit à tronquer le texte, soit à le modifier afin d’arriver aux 35 caractères.

Nous restons à votre disposition pour toute demande complémentaire.

Have added a bug ticket to fix. In the meantime you can quickfix it as follows.

I've created a merge request to implement the above fix in next nightly. I was hoping you'd reply back that it confirmed resolves your issue; I should have asked for confirmation however, sorry.
