Create a list of what? Of users? You can create userlists within CB > List Management. Suggest reading the CB Primer Book, which you can download below, to help get you started.

I want to create lists of items like for dropdown/checkboxs/radios in order to access/share them with components/plugins or even use them in articles...

Is that possible ?

You can create a dropdown, checkbox, and radio fields within CB > Field Management. Highly recommend reviewing the resources I've provided above to get started with CB. Sharing to or accessing from other components is completely subjective to what you're trying to do. For example if you just want to display a field in an article you can do that using substitutions after installing CB Content Bot. See the below regarding substitution usage information.
