If you would create api keys with domains encrypted and valid only on the registered domain would be an easy and highly secure way, isn't it?

Yes, that's what I'll be exploring for implementation in a later release of CB Package Builder. We'd continue to support JSONP method, but also supporting supplying a key manually is planned.
