[#7253] CB admin tabs show JPAGETITLE was created by boyjahq
After latest update the tab for CB pages in Admin backend shows only JPAGETITLE

We added support for "Site Name in Page Titles" parameter. Looks like it shouldn't apply to backend. Added bug ticket to fix.
