Search Results Different... was created by bins
We had a new member join yesterday and 2 colleagues sitting together wanted to have a look at their profile.
One person, using iPhone8, found the details. Second person, using iPhone 6+ gets no result. Both using Safari.
They are both using the same spelling and searching only by surname!
Any ideas what could cause this?
On my Android and PC it works.

Don't see how it could possibly matter what browser they're using. Browser has nothing to do with any of our search functionality. The resulting URL for all browsers should be the same. Something like the below for example.
index.php?option=com_comprofiler&view=userslist&listid=LIST_ID&username=SEARCH
Even if the SEO redirect was blocked for some reason it wouldn't matter as the search would still apply. So I've no idea beyond the person using iPhone 6+ input the name wrong.
