CB 2.3 is compatible with Joomlas privacy suite. This means you can use it without any negative impact for Joomla or CB. This includes the privacy policy plugin. We'll be integrating with Joomlas privacy suite in CB 2.4, but we'll also be improving core CB to the point that you may not even need to use Joomlas privacy suite. Terms and Condition fields are being given an overhaul to allow consent to expire and to force consent upon login same as Joomlas privacy policy plugin among other improvements.
