Yup that's possible. When linking to an auto action simply supply a comma separated list of auto action ids for &actions=ACTION_IDs. Example as follows.
Single Auto Action
index.php?option=com_comprofiler&view=pluginclass&plugin=cbautoactions&action=action&actions=12
Multiple Auto Actions
index.php?option=com_comprofiler&view=pluginclass&plugin=cbautoactions&action=action&actions=12,14
The will execute in the order they are in within CB Auto Actions and not within the order specified in &actions. You can also only directly execute auto actions that have Triggers set to None.
Single Auto Action
index.php?option=com_comprofiler&view=pluginclass&plugin=cbautoactions&action=action&actions=12
Multiple Auto Actions
index.php?option=com_comprofiler&view=pluginclass&plugin=cbautoactions&action=action&actions=12,14
