[SOLVED] Question to loading time

My site loads very well outside of the CB component. It takes > 8 seconds to load a profile. Even if I delete an image in the gallery, it takes the same time. Thats not good. I disabled the most of my fields (> 200) and have now only 44 published.

And moreover at the moment I have only build up the basic component with 5 languages. The next step is to add all custom fields and to build up autoactions and so on. By this I will get slower loading anyway I expect.

What can you suggest?

CB has been performance tested with 1 million users, 1 million PMs, 1 million connections, 1 million activity entries, 1 million notifications, and 1 million gallery entries. Average performance of all of this on a single profile was around 2s with it becoming significantly slower due to Joomla ACL (a lot of usergroups and view access levels) increasing this to 4s.

I'm not sure what's causing your slow page loads, but it's likely due to a missing pagination parameter and causing something to load all of its entries at once instead of in reasonable batches. Please also be sure everything installed has the latest build releases. Next be sure you've enabled debug mode in Joomla global configuration so you can check performance at the bottom of the page as it's likely a database query causing your performance problem.

Good to know! Thanks. And your suggestion led my to my shortlist button ( mavrosxristoforos.com/joomla-extensions/commercial/my-shortlist ). After disabling it (here I have to go deaper, what the reason is), the website works like a charm, woah. Thank you again. Good help!

Your browser. Saving favorites like that is redundant. Browsers have this functionality built in via bookmarks. I don't recommend adding features that attempt to replicate browser functionality.
