Can't import users

Can't import users was created by Proteon
I am using the latest version of CB.

When I try to import a user, it gives me the following error:

Error
1 row failed to import

Cannot import row 1 because: Please enter your name.

Here is the csv file that I am using:

The link you provided does not appear to be reachable or is extremely slow for whatever reason. Regarding your error it means you're attempting to import a new user, but you didn't supply the name field which is a mandatory field for Joomla. To know how it expects imports to be structured first export a user.

Hi Kyle,

Yes, I did export a user, and am using the same format. The name field is there, but still it is failing.

That is an incorrectly formatted CSV file. The CSV file exported uses the following rules.

1. Character set: UTF-8
2. Separated by Comma
3. Format quoted fields as text
4. " as string delimiter

If having issues with CSV try using one of the other formats, which aren't so dependent on being imported into your CSV editor so specifically.
