CB Subs 4.3.1+build.2019.09.11.15.40.14.26806ef0d
CBSubs AcyMailing 4.3.1+build.2019.09.11.15.40.14.26806ef0d

This seems to be a recent phenomenon (over the last few weeks, but not sure when), but when I go to CB Subs ->Plans and then select a plan I get the following error code:

An error has occurred. 1146 Table 'cocai_2020.#__acymailing_config' doesn't exist.

Any thoughts?

Sounds like you've CBSubs AcyMailing installed. There's enough there for CBSubs AcyMailing to see AcyMailing exists so it attempts to function as normally, but your AcyMailing installation is incomplete. Uninstall CBSubs AcyMailing if you aren't using AcyMailing otherwise try reinstalling AcyMailing.

That was it. I deleted (uninstalled) CBSubs AcyMailing and things are back to normal. Thanks!
