Puzzled! ( CBsubs subscriber status)

2 months 4 days ago - 2 months 4 days ago #316531 by mikerotec
I'm working up a query to extract user email lists ( paid members, free members,expired paid members...)

In JOM_cbsubs_subscriptions, MOST of the paid subscription entries have `expiry_date` and/or `previous_expiry_date`, but some others do not... wondering what's the deal with that? It seems to coincide with status "C" or "R"... is there a doc explaining the A, I, R, U, C ( etc) status?

thanks in advance!

No, we don't provide documentation to explain database structure. Below is what the statuses mean though.

A = Active
R = Registered Unpaid
X = Expired
C = Unsubscribed
U = Upgraded to other
I = Invalid

In your case it's working fine. The subscriptions without an expiration date have been cancelled or haven't been paid yet. Your query should be specifically checking for a status of A (active) to ensure you're only grabbing a list of active subscribers.
