Hi,

The acceptedterms field has the function, that the date is shown below in the registry and the date is not to change in the profile edit.

I need a further checkbox, my idea is, to let the user assure, that the age is 16 and above. This I want to make unchangable and to show below like at the field acceptedterms.

Is that possible with some settings / mods?

The date shown with a terms and condition field is the date they consented to the terms and conditions. They are not allowed to supply this manually and is entirely automated. As for showing other details after another field you should be able to use the Layout parameters for that to substitute in other fields. Example as follows.

[value]
<div>[cb:userfield field="FIELD_NAME" /]</div>

If you don't want users to be allowed to change this other field set it as Read Only or configure it to not display in profile edit.
