CBSubs doesn't really need to know about a refund as we don't disable subscriptions for refunds. Disabling a subscription is a manual step after refunding if disabling is desired. So it's ok for CBSubs to not know of a refund at Authorize.net end. With that said the gateway does have code in place to handle refund notifications. Please ensure silent posts is setup properly within your Authorize.net account and ensure your gateway is set to be aware that it's configured.
