Payout commisions from registration

Payout commisions from registration was created by beginnerCB
Hi, I would like to know if it is possible to setup a commission system for members that get others to join my site. For example, if registration is $60, a member would earn $10 commission to get someone new to join.
How would I set this up to identify who would get the commission and how they would get it?
How could the $60 be split into the site's paypal account and the member's paypal account?
Perhaps someone can give me some ideas that I could try.
Thanks in advance, beginCB.

You can use iDevAffiliate or PostAffiliatePro to handle affiliate commissions. Aside from that we've no other commission integrations available. There is no revenue sharing either.
