I am having trouble figuring out what is causing the security error.

Joomla 3.8
Community Builder is update.

With what payment gateway? Have you checked CBSubs > Histoty Log for errors?

I have attached error I have hika shop on same site and use it for my shopping cart. Looks like I have a conflict between two programs.

The notice in the history log is coming from HikaShop. Disable HikaShop and retry.
