On the other hand, some of the fixes are related with the plugin API so this allows some plugin developers to release their plugins (for example: JoomlaJoe's profile book and Nant's Gallery plugin).

These plugins wont work on RC2 sites.

CB 1.0 stable testteam Build 2 has undergone now deep tests on most platforms (except Mambo 4.6 beta 1, that was to buggy to even install a component in my php5 test-environment, maybe I got something wrong, waiting for some feedback here).

I've just released CB 1.0 stable testteam Build 3 to the 81-heads CB-testteam and 3PD groups. This release fixes all known bugs from testteam build 2 and from the forums here.

So it looks so that end of this week (yes, Easter-time) is a reasonable ETA. :)

Thanks to all here and also specially in testteam who tested and reported bugs, allowing us to improve the release to *stable* state.

Thanks for your kind words and encouragements. :)

Just a short update on advance:

- Yesterday night we managed with Louis (WebImagery) from Joomla Core Team to make use of the upcoming Joomla! 1.5 FTP installer for installing (and uninstalling) CB plugins on safeMode ON configured servers in upcoming CB 1.0 stable. :) :) :)

- We also pinpointed a backwards incompatibility bug in upcoming Joomla! 1.0.9 and Rey from core team already fixed it. :)

Many thanks to Louis, Johan and Rey for supporting us in developing our component.

Tests on CB 1.0 stable build 3 have shown only 2 minor bugs for now, which will be corrected over Easter-weekend, as well as some cleanup needed for the FTP installer part. :)

We are still missing the tests on Mambo 4.6 beta 1... Anybody using this ? ---===>>>> please PM Trail to join test-team asap... Thanks.

Non-regression tests on the CB 1.0 stable golden candidate will be conducted in testteam second part of week-end, so that we are looking at a release very end of this Easter-weekend, or very begin of next week, depending on availability of people, during this vacation week-end ;)

Thank you very much for your patience during our very final Quality Assurance procedure and Quality Control Tests.
