Hi
I know what the CBsubs is all about but I need to ask. Is it possible to make a service booking e.g. a booking to a doctor and pay for that service or I will have to find another extension for that?

We have no booking functionality in CB or CBSubs. It can likely be cobbled together with various products, but there's no official functionality for that. There are several booking and appointment management extensions for Joomla though and would recommend using one of those instead since they should cover your booking needs out of the box.
