I'm wanting to upgrade to the $99 3 month plan but when i go to check out it has the $99 and $199 combined and no option to remove the other $199 option.

CB Paid Subscriptions is $199 and is separate from a Professional subscription. CB Paid Subscriptions is only included with the Developer subscription otherwise it needs to be purchased separately. Unselect the CB Paid Subscriptions plan after cancelling your current basket (it's important you cancel the basket otherwise it will re-display) then select only the Professional 3 month plan. It looks like you may have got it all figured out already though.
