Amount not allowed?

Amount not allowed? was created by 3by400Inc
We have a donation plan that is set up as the parent of all of our other membership plans. This way, anyone who joins can also make a donation.

When we choose an open amount and put any value in the free amount field, we get an error telling us 'Amount not allowed'.

Selecting an amount from the dropdown box works.

Any help with this?

Double check the Minimum amount set for the donation.

There is no minimum amount set.

We have 'Are donation amounts given ?:' set to: Yes, only a list of suggested amounts.

The suggested amounts are 0, 5.00, 10.00, etc.

0 shows up in the list as 'free'...but if you select that you get an 'amount not allowed' error.

Hoping for some help with this soon.

The plan worked fine under the new.domain.com...but when we moved it over to www.domain.com it started behiving as mentioned in the previous post.

Do not put amount of 0 but simply make donation optional (non mandatory, non-exclusive). :)

OK, but then how do I associate that ONE donation plan with ALL of my membership plans?

I want a user to be able to make a donation AND join a subscription plan with one single transaction.
