CBSubs install problem!?? was created by zingerdigital
I just purchase the developer upgrade to get CB Subs.

I downloaded all the files for CB Subs. I first installed the "com_cbsubs_gpl_3.0.zip" component.

after the install it said that "001_com_comprofiler.zip" failed.

Now if I try to access my sites community builder pages or the admin pages, nothing comes up

Any way to fix it???

Robert

Did you try using our package builder? CBSubs is a CB plugin and is installed through CB > Plugin Management. If you had CB 2.0 and used our package builder you just broke your install as that's a 2.0 to 1.0 downgrade, which doesn't work. The package builder does not provide CB 2.0 or CB 2.0 plugins at this time.

So I guess I need to restore from a backup.

So, what do I install to install CB Subs to work with CB 2.0

You just install the latest CBSubs on CB 2.0 through CB > Plugin Management, which is CBSubs 4.0 RC1, but we've a nightly release available. Both you can find in the CBSubs GPL downloads section.

Just download the CBSubs GPL Nightly. Unpack it and install it as instructed in the CBSubs documentation. If you've installed CB 1.x over CB 2.0 using the package builder then you need to revert to a backup a doing so breaks CB.
