CB Privacy 4.0.1 fatal error with CB Subs fieldstabprotect was created by activha
Hello

Just installed CB Privacy 4.0.1 and got a fatal error with cb subs fieldstabprotect plugin

Error is :
Fatal error: Call to a member function get() on a non-object in /var/www/html/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_cbsubsfieldstabsprotect/cbsubs.fieldstabsprotect.php on line 184

Could you tell me a quick fix as we had to disconnect the plugin for now ?

Latest CB Privacy does not alter the field object reference anymore. It used to when the params were not a params object it'd change it to one for the reference object. Will fix this in a new release for today (should be released within a few hours).

Stop doing this. Folks, you need to follow the below upgrade procedure. Not doing so is risking too much.

1. Clone your site
2. Install upgrade on clone
3. Test thoroughly
4. Backup live site
5. Install on live site

Could it also breaks the captcha security code ?
Since this update we dont have the image any longer :-(

CB Privacy and CB Conditional 4.0.2 released. The objects have their parameters corrected again as previous releases did.
