Hi,

I want to use Cb invites, I use J1.7.2 with CB1.7 and I installed CB invites 1.0.3

I use Phpmail for joomla, its working.

I configured, cb invites with header and footer, but when I was sent an invite I have "Invite failed to send." error

Please test with SMTP or Sendmail, there appears to be some users having problems when using PHPMailer. This is a known issue I've yet to remove, please see forge ticket as follows.

Hi again kyle,

I tried with phpmail and smtp, massmail is working but cbinvites not working.

I dont have sendmail permisions in server.

Please ensure your message includes a subject and body as both are required, currently it only checks that either or is provided; to be fixed with next release.

Not much more I can advise. That error only happens if comprofilerMail fails and if that fails then the your CB emails likely shouldn't be working either. The plugin has known issues and is due for an upgrade, but have yet to reach it on my TODO list as of yet. Current project for fixing/upgrading is CB Blogs.
