Hi,
I have to create the user before the release of my client website but I don't want them to receive the inscription mail. But after the release I will restore the good way ^^.
There is a backend way to do it or I have to temporary modify some codes ?
What is inscription mail? Sorry, don't understand what email you're referring to. Do you mean the registration emails such as Pending or Welcome? You can disable them by emptying the Subject and Body. If you want to disable all Joomla emails temporarily just configure within Joomla global configuration non-functional mail server settings (set to Sendmail then put a bad sendmail path, etc..).

You're probably seeing Joomlas email then, which you can disable from Extensions > Plug-in Manager > User - Joomla! and set "Notification Mail to User" to "No".
