Are you forcing confirmation through CBSubs, but you don't have confirmation enabled in CB > Configuration > Registration? As this will result in an empty confirmation code.

Yes, the confirmation in CB is ok.
I don't understand, the confirmation by CBSubs is ok because all users go through to register cbsubs.
But the problem is only whith one user (for the moment).
Other users no have problem for registration.

The URL you supplied is missing its confirmation code, which is why it's not going to work. I've no idea why it failed for 1 user. Are you able to duplicate the issue by registering fake users? Did they use an offline payment? Did they pay immediately? Joomla version? CB version? CBSubs version?

After the problem, I made two registered without error.
The error was with plan for free.
No paiement.

I'm confused here. So it works fine or it doesn't? You've a free plan that causes the problem, but others don't?

I recommend upgrading to CBSubs 2.0.1.
