[SOLVED] Favourite Users was created by abrbhat
Is there a way to create a list of favourite users for every user?

Favorite users? Can be more specific? How would one mark a user as a favorite? A userlist of Connections?

A user will be able to mark a user as his favourite from the other user's profile and a list will be generated which can be displayed.

There's no feature to mark a user as his favorite unless you've designed some sort of field to allow this. If such a field existed however you could add an Advanced filter to a userlist to give you that list. Maybe use Connections without mutual consent?

thnx for the tip, connections without mutual consent seems to be good option.

But how can I give the permission to make or remove connections to only 1 of the 2 usergroups(which also happens to be determinable through a field)?

You can't, there's no feature to limit remove or add connections to a specific usergroup. You could try using CB Auto Actions with the onBeforeRemoveConnection trigger in a Redirect action then check the field you mentioned in the conditions and redirect away if it doesn't match what it should.
