hello,
i use cb autoaction with email.

it works fine, but if a field empty and i update the profile, i receive a email.

But I will only receive an email when the field changes.

If you leave it blank, no email will be sent

Don't understand, you said it works fine. What's the issue exactly? As is your condition is configured to check existing value against the previous value. If you use a "Not Equal To" operator then it'll only email if the previous and new values don't match.

Hi,
i use the not equal to operator. if the preview value nothing or NULL and if i change nothing and go to save profil, i receive a email. But i have nothing changed!

Try adding a second condition to ensure the field isn't empty.

Looks like the field is populated and the new value isn't. Sorry, don't know what more to tell you; seams to be working as intended. Maybe try checking that var3 of the field isn't empty.
