[SOLVED] CB Subs promotions problem was created by Freshpage
I'm getting this message :



But when I go where it says, it seems promotions are enabled?



I'm using Joomla 2.5.6
CB 1.8.1

Ensure it's published within CB > Plugin Management. Also I noticed you're missing the Tax tab. Please understand CBSubs Promotions requires CBSubs Tax, ensure it's also installed and enabled.

It is definitely published.

I installed CB tax and published it. It didn't fix the problem, and I am also getting the warning for that too: "Warning: taxes not enabled globally" . This is despite the fact that in "CB Paid Subscriptions: General plugin settings" under the tax tab "Taxes computation enabled:" is set to "Yes".

Strange, am not able to confirm your issue. Ensure everything is up to date as CBSubs 2.0.2. Do promotions work regardless of the error?

It lets me redeem the coupon but it doesn't seem to be reducing the price (tried a 20% off and 100% off coupon).
