[SOLVED] Code Stripping was created by raicabogdan
Hello,
I want to make field type where I can add the youtube embed code.
I tryed making a textarea field and configure the CB user profile to NOT filter "a applet body bgsound base basefont embed frame frameset head html id iframe ilayer layer link meta name object script style title xml param" but is seems that is not working.

Can someone please explain me what am I doing wrong ?
This field will be edited only from admin, so it won't be a problem of security.

I tryed to find the error.log in apache/error but it's not there.
I'm using JCE as my default editor with the cleanup set to no.
Here is a pic of the setings :

Is the exact same code being stripped when you try to add it to an article or is this only happening with fields? Have you review JCE Administration in the backend? It has quite a detailed and in-depth configuration where it likely is restricting that tag or stripping it.

Thanks but I figure it out somehow. The problem was with CB with the type field.

I'm having the same problem... Same exact code is working in a JCE article but get stripped (the "embed" part but not the "object" part) in a CB editor text area. Both "object" and "embed" are added in the CB white list in the profile configuration tab (and are not blacklisted in articles for administrator).
