I am currently using CB 1.2.1 and I have the admin approval of registrations configuration option on. However i'm hitting a snag after i even set that anyone that is a manager can moderate the group the registration approval e-mails are coming to me as I am an administrator I do not want that happening I want it to go to the one manager I have for my site. Can someone please tell me how to fix this problem?

Edit your user from User Management and set Receive Moderator Emails: to No. Then edit the user you do wish to receive such emails and set Receive Moderator Emails: to Yes for them.
