registration problem

registration problem was created by baparks
I'm sure this is something I've done but I can't figure out how to fix it. Hopefully someone will offer an assist.

See the attached screen shot to understand my problem.

In a nut shell when you click register, it tell you you must be logged in. Weird!

Please ensure you're using CBs login module and registration page instead of Joomlas. Please check that any Menu link within Joomla to CBs registration page is set to Public and Published. Please also check that the mandatory CB menu link within Joomla is set to Public and Published (module the link is on does not need to be published).
