Tool Tip formatting on JS Community Template

Tool Tip formatting on JS Community Template was created by glenne
I have lost the nice blue/dark blue box for the tool tips box and I was wondering if anyone knows where the CSS code is for it.
The boxes are fine on the back end but on the front end all I get now is light grey text without any boxes.
Any help here would be much appreciated.

Thanks Kyle, it works fine on the default CB template. It disappeared when someone changed some css in CORE.CSS with the JS Community template.
I was trying to use Firebug to determine the CSS rule that it uses, but because it used a javascript call I can't work out the rule
