Hot to avoid redirecting to homepage from Login pg

14 years 3 weeks ago #130814 by soamz
Hi...
I have a menu link to CB LOGIN PAGE, which needs the mod_cblogin to be installed.

When we login on this page, it takes to homepage.

Where can we edit, so that we can redirect it to our own specified page ?

What file and what code ?

Please edit the CB login module and change the login redirect URL. This should also affect the login page (which actually just renders the login module).

I knew, but this doesnt solve it.

I have 2 CB Login modules published on 2 different pages with 2 different LOGIN Redirect URL.
Even if I unpublish both of them, its still not affecting that problem..

I assume, there is some code inside the mod_cblogin.php, which needs to be tweaked.

Actually a lot of customizations have been done to CB on the site, so the owner is not allowing us to upgrade to 1.2.2 .
Is there an alternative solution, Nick ?

Sorry, we can not advise you on a compromised install. Please upgrade to CB 1.2.2 purging the modified core code. Please advise the owner to use CB plugins using triggers to add additional features to CB rather then core edits. Tutorial on CB triggers usage in a CB plugin can be found within my signature.
