I have an issue with the FB Connect that is driving me crazy. The profile picture from FB being retrieved by Community Builder.
When I first installed the FB Connect plugin it worked, but suddenly stopped working. The files are not being copied to the images/comprofiler directory, so I thought about a probable issue with the permissioning of the directory, but users can upload to images/comprofiler dir with no problems.
What I am seeing is the DB is not being updated with the avatar filename in the avatar field name.
I will appreciate the help! Noting that I have reviewed all of my settings and all of them are correct. The weird thing is that it was working before.

Continue with the same issue, I don't believe is the server permissioning as the twitter connect does import the Avatar and copies the file to the image directory.
The facebook connect doesn't copy the file, appears that we are not receiving it from Facebook...

Probably due to them continuing to phase out their old API. I recommend using document subscriber incubator project CB Connect which features the latest Facebook integration. Alternatively you can wait for next FBC release which will be using Facebooks new API.

I have tried both FB Connect and incubator project CB Connect with the same results..avatar is only synced on account creation after that nothing.

I understand how/why this is. As people change their FB avatar I will need them to have the ability to easily sync or else they can tell we are not trully integrated. I am considering following options:
1) get avatar on each login
2) Somehow check to see if avatar has changed duinrg login and update if required
3) Offer users a one-click manual solution to update avatar from FB
I dont like #3, but could impliment independent from existing plugin so may be easiest for me.
