Field editing problem

Field editing problem was created by mwink
Hi, am using 1.2.2 and the privacy plug-in
I have a CB field : Drop down, single select
I set settings to:
- Required: Yes
- User read only: Yes
And for CB privacy, I set:
- Frond-end edit: only by allowed moderators
This because I want only the moderator to be able to edit this field
Now the problem is:
If the user wants to edit his profile, he is not able to edit that field (which is OK). But if he tries to update his profile, he gets an error that the field is missing ....
For text fields, this is not a problem, only for drop down!

Please ensure you're using the latest released CB Privacy plugin. Issue is not CBSubs related, thread moved. It's a known issue some fields were causing such problems, but have been resolved with CB 1.2.2. Please do not set the field as Read Only when controlling its Edit aspect via CB Privacy.

p.s. If I set Read only to Yes, there is no error if u user updates his profile, but then when a moderator wants to update that profile, the field is read only ...
