Issue with Latest News Module? was created by janeinpa

Is there a conflict with the latest news module in Joomla? I have everything set to public -- sections, categories, articles and the module itself, but still when you click on one of the latest news items, it asks for a login. I have tried everything and can't fix it.

So I'm wondering if there is a conflict with the new version of community builder.

CB has nothing to do with article display or latest news module. Recommend posting to Joomla.org forums for assistance. You've likely a permissions issue somewhere (menu link, section, category, etc.. something set to Registered or greater).
