Adding text information under a registration field

7 years 2 months ago #291462 by tomj006
Hi,

I am hoping someone may be able to help.

Is there any way to have some descriptive text under a registration field? I'm aware there is the hover over text, but can't see any obvious way that you can have some text underneath the field title/the field itself.

Is this something that is possible?

Thanks in advance.

Yes, use the layout parameters to override the output of a value in various views. Example layout as follows.

[value]
<div>My text here!</div>

Layout parameters can be found by editing your field in CB > Field Management under Parameters > Layout tab.

Thanks for that, I will have to give that a try.

Will that display text under the field title then, or under the field itself. Or display underneath both.

Thanks again.

It displays under the field it self. If you need text specifically under the title you'd just add that to the field title.
