Cant Change Permissions

When i try to change permissions - nothing happens. The spinning icon is displayed but the new setting is not applied

The Browser Console shows 2 errors

Known issue caused by some sort of validation Joomla added to the permissions input output. The JS doesn't currently work in CB. It however does not block permission changes. Change the permissions and click Save and it'll save fine or at least does in all my tests.
