Don't understand what you mean disable user to date. Can you please clarify further what you're wanting to do?

Thanks for the answer. Excuse me my English is not good. I want to automatically disable the user at a specific date. The membership ends, for example, on 31.12.2018. It should be deactivated by this date. I hope you understand me

There is no functionality for that in CB it self. CBSubs can handle blocking users without active subscriptions, but beyond that we've nothing that provides that functionality. You can try looking into 3rd party Joomla extensions that do that on Joomlas extension directory, but I'm not aware of any.
