I would like to send an email when selfregister but i've got this error:

AH01071: Got error 'PHP message: PHP Warning: stream_socket_enable_crypto(): Peer certificate CN=`*.domain.es' did not match expected CN=`correo.otrodomain.es' in /var/www/vhosts/foromariano.es/httpdocs/libraries/CBLib/CBPHPMailer/CBSMTP.php on line 372\n', referer: www.otrodomain.es/index.php/cb-registration

what's wrong? in the general settings for sending emails I've got:SMTP Port :25 sMT SEcurity: none. Whay is trying to use certificates?

Error tells you exactly what the issue is. The certificate for your SMTP server is for the domain of "*.domain.es" (with a wildcard) and the domain you're trying to send from is "correo.otrodomain.es". Those don't match. Please contact your host as they'll need to fix their certificate or you'll need to adjust your SMTP settings to be compatible with their certificate.

Because your SMTP server is responding to Opportunistic TLS API calls. See my reply below regarding this.
