Community Builder 2.2 and template on bootstrap 3

Community Builder 2.2 and template on bootstrap 3 was created by GorYa
After updating Community Builder to version 2.2 in the template on the bootstrap 3 pages, the component template has small fonts and other style settings. Is this a matter in the template, or is it still the case that the new Community Builder version only works with the templates on bootstrap 4? Is it possible to use compatibility with bootstrap 3 in Community Builder 2.2, or how can I customize it to a template?
