Can't make user changes in backend and frontend

Hi,

i am unable to editing user management . if make a change to A USER profile and save it bounces to the main admin control plane
without making change.

then i try to update user profile from frontend it update button not click able.

final i tried to make change in the joomla usermanager it can wok.

we dont have any joomlamailer plugin

please help us.

You either have something installed blocking Joomla user store from CB, which could be an installed CB plugin or you've something breaking the JS that's used to trigger the form submit. Start disabling 3rd party installed extensions and CB plugins 1 by 1 until the issue goes away.
