Hi, [formatname] issue? was created by Kontrive

I've got this issue where the greeting just says [formatname] in the cb_login module. Any ideas?

Is the formatname field in CB > Field Management unpublished? or on a tab that isn't published? If so publish it or move it to a published tab.
