show Tab only in edit-mode was created by immer_noch_ernie
What is the easiest way / best add-on to hide the "contact-info-tab" ( _UE_CONTACT_INFO_HEADER ) in read-mode and only show it up in edit-mode (for authorized of course) ?

Move the tab to a not shown on profile tab position. If you need some fields as read only you can mark them as such within CB > Field Management.
