And by the way - Stripe is more expensive to use so that is also the reason not to use that. Also danish customers are more confident with a danish system when paying online.

I have narrowed it down to that the massexpire url woks, but when I afterwards press th autopayments link (under CBSubs settings), then I can see that the $baskets object is empty in this piece of code:

public function triggerScheduledAutoRecurringPayments( $limit ) {
$results = array();
$baskets = $this->loadMaturedBaskets( $limit );
foreach ( $baskets as $b ) {
$results[] = $b->triggerScheduledAutoRecurringPayment();
}
return $results;
}

But I do not see why - i believe it should contain my expired auto-renew-subscription ??

If Quickpay is using the built in recurring payments scheduler in CBSubs then you'd use processAutoRecurringPayment to handle paying recurring payments. Otherwise if it uses IPNs and Quickpay handles the recurring payment on their end then notifies your site you'd use handleNotification which is just calling _returnParamsHandler to handle marking the basket as renewed.

Quickpay is using the built in recurring payments scheduler in CBSubs. So what you say is that I add the function processAutoRecurringPayment to the gateway file and handle the payment there ? Which params are sendt to the function ?

You need to be using an IDE and just Ctrl + Click the extend class cbpaidHostedPagePayHandler at the top. This will give you all the available functions and their parameters. The following gateways are the only gateways using the scheduler for hosted gateways so you maybe able to use those as starting points.

CCBill
Moneris Select Plus

Ahh.. looking at CCBill did the trick. I Think I've got it now, but how do I test it without having to wait 7 days before the subscription expires ??
