Search content in CB Profile blog was created by jamief
Hi. I want users to be able to find content in the blog tab if something is published there. I turned on the SEARCHABLE option in the FIELD configuration of the CB control panel, but when I do a search using the JOOMLA search this information never appears.
Do I need a special addon to ensure CB content (public) shows up in a search result?

CB Profile Blog? Are you meaning the Blog tab for CB ProfileBook? This will not show results from Joomla search. For a more full fledged blogging solution I recommend professional subscriber incubator project CB Blogs, which actually stores the blogs as Joomla articles allowing anything related to Joomla articles to still function for the blog.

Yes, the Blog tab in ProfileBook. So none of these tabs are searchable? Why is there a searchable activation in the configuration of the fields if they are, ultimately, not searchable?

None of the tabs provided by ProfileBook are search-able. Nor does it state so anywhere within the plugin. Nor does it have any parameters referring to search-ability. Am not sure where you're seeing this at.
