[SOLVED] FB always logs out user was created by cliburn
Hi,
I got twitter working and tried my luck on FB. FB button shows and If I have a FB session open and try to login using FB button, it displays this message:
"This e-mail is already registered. If you forgot your password, click on the Forgot your password link and a new password will be sent to you."
and my logged in session in FB is automatically terminated.
I try logging in again but this time with no open FB session. It again sends the same message as if I was registering a new user and not logging in.

The issue is exactly as the error states. The email address you're attempting to register with (the one used by your Facebook account) is already registered on the site. This means you've an existing CB user already that is NOT a FBC user (check Facebook ID field in backend of that user to confirm), login with that user, then login with FBC and it'll link the two accounts. Now logout and you can login perfectly fine with FBC.
