First of all, hello, I'm just newie at CB.
Sorry if my query is already posted, but after a long search, I didn't find anything similar, maybe my english is not enough good to realize on the right topic.
The fact is that I need to show a list of the registered users in the front end, or if possible, a search tool to find a given user by some of the fields in his database.
Moreover, I've got a list of 4500 users ready to be registered. I wonder if there is any tool to import them from an standar database such a .csv or alike.

For userlists please refer to your documentation where installation and configuration of CB is covered in great detail.
For importing users via CSV you can used CB Juice, please check Joomla.org extensions for download.
