After loading CB com_comprofiler component I get a message that reads "Error building admin menus" and Community Builder is not listed in the Components tab. How do I rectify this?

Am guessing based off the error you're trying to install on Joomla 1.6. Please ensure you're installing CB 1.4 (not RC and not any older). Please also ensure you're using latest 1.6 release (1.6.1).
