Multi level drop downs

Multi level drop downs was created by mazzitech
I need to define multi level categoris to a user. The first level. limited to 10 values, would be a high level industry such as "Healthcare". The second level would be a further breakdown of the first level, e.g. doctor, dentist, etc. Any idea on how I can implement this?

Best I can suggest is having multiple drop-downs then using incubator project CB Conditional to conditional display the other drop-downs based off the first drop-downs value.
