CBSubs has to perform numerous checks per page load. You should not be using it on budget hosting if this is the case and certainly not free hosting. With that said, what are the errors on page? Please test with debug mode enable and maximum error reporting set within Joomla global configuration. Review any errors within you CBSubs History Log as well.
